Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Harry Ramsden’s, <insert registered company name and address>.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Harry Ramsden’s, its agencies, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
3. How to Enter
- The competition runs daily from 1st December to 12th December.
- Each day, a new competition will be posted on Harry Ramsden’s official social media channel > Instagram <link to profile>.
- To enter, follow the instructions in the daily post (e.g. like, comment, follow, or tag).
- Only entries submitted via the official Harry Ramsden’s Instagram channel and within the stated time frame will be counted.
4. Prizes
- A different prize will be available each day, supplied by Harry Ramsden’s or selected brand partners.
- Winners will be announced 7 days later from the first competition post. E.g the last winner from the competition posted on the 12th December, will be announced on the 19th December
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
- If a prize is unavailable, Harry Ramsden’s reserves the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during each 7 day competition period.
- Winners will be contacted via direct message or comment reply within 24 hours of the competition closing.
- The prize must be claimed within 24 hours of the winner being announced.
- If the winner does not respond or fails to claim the prize within 24 hours, the prize will be offered to the next selected entrant.
- Employees of Harry Ramsden’s, DFDS, Iceland, Northern Bloc, Pieminister, Lytchette Rugby Club or any associated agencies, as well as their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or claim the prize.
6. Partner Prizes
- Some prizes are supplied by partner brands. In these cases:
- Harry Ramsden’s may share the winner’s contact details with the partner brand solely for prize fulfilment purposes.
- Harry Ramsden’s is not responsible for delivery, condition, or warranty of partner-supplied prizes.
For DFDS Ferries:
One (1) available prize – free return crossing for up to two passengers travelling in a standard car on one of the DFDS Channel routes from Dover to Calais or Dunkirk, including Premium Lounge entry for 2 persons and Priority Boarding. 7. Publicity
- By entering, participants agree that their first name, instagram handle, and entry may be used in publicity by Harry Ramsden’s such as announcing winner on Instagram stories.
- Winners may be asked to provide a photo or quote for use on social media or the website (optional).
8. Data Protection
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Harry Ramsden’s Privacy Policy > https://bit.ly/43SAEuN
- Data will not be shared with third parties other than for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
9. General
- Harry Ramsden’s reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or in breach of the terms will not be counted.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Day 1: Iceland
Iceland Bonus Club Terms & Conditions – £100 Shop Prize (Partner Prize for Harry Ramsden’s 12 Days of Christmas)
These terms and conditions apply to the fulfilment of the “£100 Shop” prize supplied by Iceland Foods Limited as part of the Harry Ramsden’s 12 Days of Christmas promotion. Iceland Foods Limited of Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW (“Iceland”) is the prize provider only and is not the promoter of the competition.
1. Prize
- This prize draw is in no way sponsored by, endorsed, administrated by, or associated with Instagram. By entering the prize draw, entrants release Instagram in full from any action or claim arising out of the prize draw.
- The prize consists of £100 Bonus Club Pounds loaded onto the winner’s Iceland Bonus Club account (“Prize”).
- The Prize can be redeemed in UK Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores (excluding The Range and Iceland local stores) and online at www.iceland.co.uk.
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). Employees and staff of Iceland, their respective families and agencies or anyone connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter.
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Bonus Pounds provided as part of this Prize will not count toward Bonus Club savings milestones or any other Bonus Club spend target promotions.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirement
- To receive the Prize, the winner must have an active Iceland Bonus Club account (app or card).
- If the winner does not have a Bonus Club account, they must create one to receive the Prize.
- If a Bonus Club account is withdrawn, suspended, or revoked before loading, the Prize will be forfeited and returned to Harry Ramsden’s for reallocation in accordance with their promotion rules.

3. Prize Fulfilment
- Harry Ramsden’s will supply Iceland with the winner’s contact details solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
- The Prize will be loaded onto the winner’s Bonus Club account within 5 working days of Iceland receiving the winner’s details.
- The Prize will be valid for 6 months from the date it is loaded. After this period it will expire, be removed from your Account, and no alternative will be provided.
4. Publicity
- Iceland may be required to confirm the winner’s first name and county if requested for regulatory reasons.
- Winners may opt out of publicly sharing their details by emailing icelandbonuscard@iceland.co.uk within 48 hours of being notified by Harry Ramsden’s.
5. Data Protection
- Iceland will only process personal data required to fulfil the Prize, including:
- Name
- Address
- Email address or mobile number
- Bonus Club account number
- Data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Iceland’s Privacy Policy (iceland.co.uk/privacy-policy).
- Iceland may be required to share personal data with law enforcement where necessary.
6. Liability
- Iceland accepts no responsibility for:
- Delays caused by incorrect Bonus Club details supplied by the winner,
- Bonus Club accounts that are inactive, suspended, or revoked,
- Any part of the promotion operated by Harry Ramsden’s, or
- Any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other reason which is beyond Iceland’s control
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
